Returns Policy

FMG Electronics operates a strict 14-Day Return policy.

This policy covers items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the confirmation FMG email with order number). 

We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please first contact FMG by email at sales@fmgelectronics.ie to request a return and the reasoning why.

If approved, please return the item to the address below by registered courier within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items presented are only eligible for an Exchange. 

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

Online Department: 

FMG Electronics are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. 

The cost of return is not covered by any refund or credit note that may be given.
