The Cactus Technologies 290S Series Industrial 3D 2.5” SATA III SSD is available in capacities up to 2 Tbyte in a 7mm high package.
The 290S SSD is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the SATA-IO group’s specifications. Based on Industrial 3D TLC NAND, it is intended for OEM applications needing a cost-effective part with an extremely high-performance SATA III interface.
The 290S Series 2.5” SATA III SSD has total BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World-Class ECC, Wear Leveling, and Defect Management into the 290S Series 2.5” SATA III SSD, making it a highly reliable 3D NAND-based SSD.
