Introducing our new Multi-Band SKF5G72311DMWxxx Series SharkFin with LMR Whip Antennas
As vehicle connectivity evolves, YAGEO Group introduces the SKF5G72311DMWxxx Series, compact, direct-mount SharkFin antennas engineered for next-generation fleet, telematics, public-safety, and connected-vehicle platforms. Each model supports 2×2 MIMO 5G-FR1/LTE, 3×3 MIMO Wi-Fi 6E/7, active GNSS across L1/L2/L5, and a single-band VHF/UHF LMR whip operating from 150–960 MHz.
These antennas ensure dependable, parallel operation across commercial broadband, GNSS navigation, high-capacity Wi-Fi, and land-mobile-radio networks, enabling vehicles to maintain mission-critical communications and high-speed data simultaneously.
Designed for seamless rooftop integration, the direct-mount housing slots between roof ridges and requires no external ground plane, adapter, or gasket. A UV-protected automotive-grade PC enclosure with IP67 sealing ensures resilience against water, dust, sun exposure, vibration, and outdoor thermal cycling.
Supporting 617–5925 MHz for 5G-FR1 and 2400–7125 MHz for Wi-Fi 6E/7, the antenna enables high throughput for real-time data streaming, OTA updates, vehicle telemetry, and V2X/DSRC applications. The active GNSS element features a 28–33 dB LNA for fast-acquisition, low-noise, high-accuracy positioning supporting navigation, fleet optimization, and dispatch tracking.
Built for long-term reliability, the SKF5G72311DMWxxx Series is rated for –40 °C to +85 °C operation. The 193 × 52.5 × 63.8 mm direct-mount footprint simplifies mechanical installation while protecting critical RF structures and internal electronics
