This video details the Quectel QuecPython EVB Kit. Quectel supplies this LPWA EVB Kit for designers to develop applications based on Quectel’s BG95-M1/-M3/-M8 modules. This EVB Kit can help designers test the basic functionalities of these modules.

Quectel’s QuecPython EVB kit is a flexible platform for testing cellular modules like the BG95 series, which supports LTE Cat M1, NB2, EGPRS, and GNSS. Built on Qualcomm’s 9205 chipset, it’s ideal for M2M and IoT development. This EVB kit includes interfaces for USB, RS232, SIM, Wi-Fi, codec, and more, simulating real-world conditions.

With a simple USB driver installation and easy module and SIM insertion, the QuecPython EVB kit is ready to power on and begin evaluation. Hardware engineer Darko Savić walks through the setup in this video.
